- Bookings offering advance payment; remaining balance as per package.
- Payments must be made through secure channels; retain proof for your records.
- Prices are per person/night; any corrections will be notified prior to confirmation.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Refunds are handled as per package-specific policies.
- Group cancellations may have stricter rules due to planning and logistics.
- Force majeure events may result in rescheduling or full refund.
Guest Responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking details and participant info for group trips.
- Valid IDs (CNIC/Passport) are required for all guests.
- Guests must follow staff instructions, local laws, and behave responsibly.
- Damages caused by guests or their group will be charged accordingly.
- Adherence to check-in/out timings is mandatory.
Prohibited Items & Behaviour
- Illegal drugs, explosives, or harmful gadgets are strictly forbidden.
- Harassment, bullying, or threats of any kind are not allowed.
- Excessive noise, vandalism, or disturbing others is prohibited.
- Violations may be reported; Murree Heights will enforce PPC & other applicable laws.
We reserve the right to deny service or remove guests violating rules.
Accommodation
- Room sharing follows policies (double beds: 2 guests, quad: 4 guests, etc.).
- Check-in/out schedules must be respected; late fees may apply.
- Smoking only in designated areas; pets not allowed unless approved.
- Housekeeping schedules followed; report issues promptly.
Trips & Activities
- Confirm all inclusions (meals, transport, e-car, photography) before booking.
- Third-party services are vetted; Murree Heights limits liability.
- Follow safety instructions; non-compliance may result in removal.
Privacy & Media
- Data usage follows Privacy Policy.
- Photos may be used for marketing with consent; opt-out by informing staff.
- Feedback surveys may be sent unless opted out.
Liability & Limitations
- Murree Heights’ liability is limited to service fees paid.
- Not responsible for loss, theft, or injury caused by guest negligence.
- Personal travel insurance is recommended.
Enforcement & Law
- Murree Heights can deny service, cancel bookings, or remove guests violating terms.
- Severe violations reported to authorities under PPC & relevant laws.
- Applicable law: Pakistan; local jurisdiction applies unless otherwise agreed.
